Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods, such as holidays or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- $8 flat rate shipping on all orders within the continental United States
Complimentary Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts are applied)
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States and select territories.
The following locations may have separate shipping rates or may be excluded from flat-rate shipping:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- International destinations
Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers in our area.
If this option is available at checkout:

Orders must be picked up during regular business hours.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
