Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Because many of our workshops and classes have limited seating and require advance preparation, we have the following policies in place.

Workshops & Classes

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to another participant.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

In some cases, we may allow a one-time transfer to another class date if space allows.

Camps & Multi-Day Programs

Because camps require significant planning and staffing:

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the start date receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee.

  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be eligible for studio credit at our discretion.

Private Events & Parties

  • A deposit is required to secure the date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be possible with at least 7 days notice, depending on availability.

Retail Purchases

Retail items purchased in-store or online may be returned within 14 days if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt

Some items may be final sale, including:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or special orders

  • Gift cards

Event Cancellation by Us

If a class, workshop, or event is cancelled by our studio due to weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another event
