JANUARY 31 • Learn to Make Fire Cider

Looking for alternative ways to stay healthy this coming winter? Fire Cider is the perfect homemade remedy to add to your daily health routine. Just take 2-3 tablespoons per day to help improve digestion & immune health.

 

During this class, we will learn a brief history of Rosemary Gladstar's initial interpretation of the drink as well as her original formulation. We will be reviewing ingredients, their uses and properties, and the alternative ingredients that you can use when making the drink at home. We will also cover the basic ways to take the drink as well as some fun methods of incorporating vinegar into your everyday diet.

 

Each person will leave with a 16oz mason jar of Fire Cider that will be ready to be strained and enjoyed in 2-4 weeks. Ingredients available are Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Local Honey, horseradish, ginger, garlic, red onion, & jalapenos. Feel free to omit any ingredient you don't like.

 

 

AGES: 16 years and over
