In the darkest coldest time of year, we will explore the satisfaction of comforting, exciting food and the process of extracting color from plants using Curcumin, the root of Curcuma longa, or Turmeric.

Spend an evening learning how to create "Golden Shibori" and create a 100% pure linen table setting for four - each setting includes a linen placemat and co-ordinating shibori folded linen napkin. Then come back the following Friday for a night of cuisine centered around Southeast Asia catered by Dailys. A bright spot in the middle of humdrum January.
