AUGUST 16 • Alternative Folding + Binding Zine Workshop

Join us for a zine workshop where we explore various fun ways of folding and binding zines! A zine (pronounced zeen), is a self-published, print or digital work that is usually produced in small batches. We’ll learn how to fold an 8-page zine, a 16-page zine, and a couple other fun methods! If you already have art you want to make into a zine, bring it! We’ll also be playing with simple ways to bind pages together (think very light book-binding).

AGES: 16 years and up

EXPERIENCE: All levels are welcome!

MATERIALS: All supplies are included (But, feel free to bring any craft supplies from home!)

LOCATION: MUSE Studio • 71 Pine Street
{MUSEjar often has multiple classes being taught at one time.  Please plan accordingly as parking is limited. See attached graphic for additional off-site parking.}

In the event you need to cancel a class, you must cancel a minimum of two days (48 Hours) prior to the class date in order to receive a refund or transfer credit.

No refunds or transfers will be made on the day of the class or after the class has started for any reason. This is because our teachers purchase materials and plan for their classes based on the number of students registered.

However, if you’d like to offer your seat in that class to a friend or family member, we’d be happy to let them take your seat. We ask that you please call us ahead of time or email us at by noon on the day of the class to let us know.

*If you are a pottery student and you miss your glazing session, we will dip your pieces in white glaze and fire with the rest of the class.
