The 2019 Elm Street Holiday Market will be held on Saturday, December 21st, 2019 outdoors on the corner of Elm Street and Main Street in East Aurora, New York, from 5 pm-9 pm, regardless of weather conditions. Please plan and dress accordingly.

The Elm Street Holiday Market is a juried market, and vendors are selected based on product quality and section availability. This application does not guarantee a spot at the show as space is limited. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until November 1st, 2019, and we will notify you regarding participation no later than November 6th. The Elm Street Holiday Market reserves the right to decline, reject, and prohibit any applicant for any reason whatsoever.

Tent display and lighting are entirely up to vendors. MUSEjar will provide access to electrical. Vendors are required to bring their own tents (no larger than 10'x10' which is your designated vendor space and no tarps for sides please), tables, chairs, extension cords (3-prong & splitters if necessary), & heaters (propane only - electrical access is only for lighting).

Splitting a table with another vendor: If you plan to split a table with another vendor, both vendors must apply and specify in the notes with whom they plan on splitting.

NYS law requires all food vendors to have proper permits in order to sell food at the Elm Street Holiday Market. Those vendors will need to provide proper documentation, which they should keep on hand at their table. In order to sell food at the Elm Street Holiday Market, vendors must have a certificate with the Health Department saying they are permitted to sell food. Vendors should contact the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets if they haven't done so already. This is for consumer safety of both the vendor and the buyers.

No commissions on artist's sales will be retained by Elm Street Holiday Market or MUSEjar Art Supply Shop. However, all participating artists are responsible for collecting and paying the appropriate New York State Sales tax on all items sold. By agreeing to be a vendor, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of this and cannot hold the organizers of the Elm Street Holiday Market or MUSEjar Art Supply Shop responsible should you be found in transgression of this procedure.

The Elm Street Holiday Market, MUSEjar Art Supply Shop, Gingerich Auto Care Inc, and their sponsors shall not be responsible for or liable to vendors for any loss, damage, an injury that may result to vendors or their property from any source or any cause whatsoever. The vendor also acknowledges the risks involved in the Elm Street Holiday Market. These include but are not limited to inclement weather and portable heating devices. The vendor is participating voluntarily, and all risks have been made clear. The vendor will make every effort to obey the safety precautions and will ask for clarification when needed. The vendor hereby releases and waives any claims against the Elm Street Holiday Market related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction


There is a $75 fee for each vendor. If accepted, payment is due by November 13th, 2019. The fee will be issued by invoice after being accepted into the Market. If for some reason you can’t attend the event, please let us know by emailing us at hello@musejar.com. Table fees are nonrefundable 4 weeks before the market.
