JULY 19 • Peonies in Watercolor with LaCott Fine Art

There is so much to learn in the world of floral watercolor painting! Join Laura from LaCott Fine Art to build on our foundational floral painting techniques to create a loose Peonie cluster composition. We will explore the shapes, strokes, and greenery details to express the Peonie flower from bud to bloom! We will talk about foundational brush strokes, pressure, and directionality of your brush and paint application types to achieve a more detailed work.

Students will work with warm-up exercises to use in their everyday watercolor practice and work toward a completed compositional painting and will receive a workbook to follow along with the instructor during the class!
