Create a one of a kind multi-purpose naturally dyed silk scarf. Using flower waste, food waste, and concentrated dye materials, you will learn various techniques and methods of natural dyeing with plant material. Combine sustainable art and fashion utilizing waste materials from local florists and an urban farm as well as foraged color and ethically sourced concentrated plant dyes. Students will intuitively create a one of a kind imprinted scarf while gathering as a supportive community.

AGES: 16 years and up - no experience necessary!

Botanical healing artist Nicole Vescio-noblett works within the realm of flora honoring the various gifts earth provides us. Owner of Svanur, a self-care ritual based skin care & metaphysical medicine company. Organic urban flower farmer and ceremony facilitator, Nicole believes in sharing the stories and experiences plants can open up for us within so many mediums.
