Learn how to work with Nuno Felt, a modern wet felt technique featuring wool and natural silk, and how combining these two materials allows room for expression than other more traditional fiber methods. See the magic in merging natural wool fibers and silk fiber, and create a piece of fiber wall art of your own.

AGES: 18 years and up

EXPERIENCE: Beginner

INSTRUCTOR: Tami Selph of Blubird Studio

Tami is a modern fiber artist, whose work merges traditional foundations with today’s textured techniques, and vibrant colorwork.  She enjoys working with multiple fiber media, and is passionate about revitalizing and sparking new appreciation for the fiber arts through education, and inspiring and empowering a new generation of makers.  She is known for Collaborweave, an interactive weaving project which encourages community participation and creative collaboration, and her work has received awards from NY Sheep and Wool.
