Create realistic paper flowers that are always in bloom and don’t require water! Add delicate beauty and a pop of color to your home year-round with an elegant blooming branch arrangement.
In this 2 hour workshop, we will practice our techniques using florist crepe, learning how to cut, fringe, and craft budding leaves and multi-petal blooms in an array of colors. There are endless possibilities with some basic skills and supplies -perhaps you’ll be inspired to design a Spring centerpiece, a series of sweet posies, or a gorgeous upscale arrangement.
Ages: 16 years and up - no experience necessary!
Materials: All supplies are included, but you’re encouraged to bring anything extra (branches, etc) that you might want to include.

Vanessa is the maker and artist behind pidge pidge. She weaves modern scarves, accessories and home decor that merge the craft of traditional weaving with a passion for modern color and texture. Her work is colorful and vibrant, and she loves to experiment with unique fibers and play with unexpected color combinations. Vanessa has previously taught weaving workshops in Buffalo and Joshua Tree, CA. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Fibers from Syracuse University.
