Rise and Grind Series: 5 to Thrive

Passion to Purpose // Rise and Grind Mini-Series - As a follow up to Passion to Purpose, join us for three weeks of coffee where we will lay out the plan and do the work to making your vision reasonable, manageable and sustainable. You will learn hands-on strategies, ideas and inspiration to make room in your daily life for creativity and happiness. You can purchase classes in a bundle to help hold you accountable on the calendar or individually to meet your needs!

Week 1: 5 to Thrive - Make it reasonable: This week we will focus on small, reasonable changes and where to start toward becoming happier. We will establish personal commandments and intentions that are specific to you. These are the commandments that you will return to throughout the three sessions and beyond!

Week 2: Organization - Make it manageable: This week we will focus on hands-on strategies to being more organized at home and work, time management and how to prioritize yourself.

Week 3: Routines- Make it sustainable: This week we will focus on the power of habits, routines and following through on the goals you have set.

Instructor: Sarah Hornung

Sarah of The Eager Teacher is an educator, professional development specialist, and most recently, as the Director of Educational Technology for a K-12 school specializing in servicing students with emotional disturbances and behavioral disabilities. She is a Wife and mom of two!

Sarah specializes in classroom engagement, integrating technology, future-ready classrooms, and literacy. People often refer to her as “The Google Girl”. She is a Google Certified Trainer and Educator and an Apple Teacher, certified school and district level leader, reading specialist, special education and general education teacher. Sarah has a Master of Science in school administration and leadership, a Master of Science in literacy and a Bachelor of Science in early childhood, childhood and special education.

When she is not teaching teachers or recording videos for teachers, you can find her at grocery shopping, pushing a double stroller through the snow in Buffalo, meal prepping for her family, FaceTiming with her mom or dancing to Raffi with a baby on her hip.
