Meditation connects us with the present moment, allowing us to deeply acknowledge exactly where we are & what we’re experiencing. In this workshop we will be meditating with plants to connect with their wisdom & then draw from our experience to create mindful drawings of our plant allies. For all of human history we have interwoven our lives with plants, from our food, to our medicine, clothing, shelter and beyond. We will be meditating & drawing with plants native to our land to foster our connection to our home.
Ages: 16 years and up - no experience necessary!
Materials: Bring all supplies you’d like to work with. Suggested - notebook, pencils, charcoal, etc.
