This is a four-part series. Classes start on October 1st and are held the following three Mondays, October 8th, 15th, & 22nd.
Winter is coming! And the temperatures are bound to drop hard and fast! But that doesn’t mean your immune health needs to fall with it. This series is designed to teach you how to work with the cycles winter weather and maintain your immune health through holistic, natural, herbal folk medicine preparations to boost immunity. We’re talking about preventing of winter illnesses, like cold and flu, as well as how to deal when/if you do find yourself under the weather. This class is hands-on and we will be learning how to craft an use immune boosting elixirs, syrups, oils, and other helpful remedies.
Ages: 16 years and up - no experience necessary!
Materials: All supplies are included, but feel free to bring a notebook for jotting down notes!

Ashley is a facilitator and teacher of healing practices, plant medicine, and various forms of yoga and meditation. She has spent years under many teachers observing, studying, and eventually practicing the healing process of various traditions and approaches, on patients from various cultures, backgrounds, and mindsets. Ashley not only focuses on the healing aspects of art using natural and nature-inspired materials, but she also loves to teach easy ways to feel grounded and connected. She facilitates plant spirit medicine gatherings, simple rituals and classes aimed towards helping us to regain our birthright connections with the Earth and Nature.
