Rachel Hoeber
Rachel Hoeber is a K-8 Art Teacher at West Buffalo Charter School in Buffalo, NY. Rachel holds a BS in Art Education as well as an MS in Creative Studies, both from SUNY Buffalo State. In her classroom she strives to share that art can be accessed, appreciated, utilized and taken part in by each and every child, regardless of experience or skill level.
